Sharing knowledge and helping others succeed!

Hey there, I’m Mike. Thanks for stopping by...

I am an Active Directory admin and PowerShell fanatic who loves to solve problems in interesting ways. I write about things related to PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure AD, automation and other topics that sysadmins deal with every day. My articles show you how to solve common problems and use code efficiently. I talk about issues and problems I deal with in my job and I share these solutions to help others.

Besides blogging, I am very active in the PowerShell community and I leverage those contacts to bring great content to you every month at this website and through the user group I lead. The Research Triangle PowerShell user group is the largest PowerShell group in the United States with over 2700 members and we meet twice a month to share ideas with community members. Anyone can join and you can watch our meetings online via Microsoft Teams. I'm also the community director for the DevOps Collective and their website PowerShell.org.

I write regularly for technical websites and online publications. Follow the links below to my content at other sites:

Need someone to speak at your user group or PowerShell themed event? Please reach out to me via Email or Twitter if you would like to have me speak at your event. Also, you can find my code online at GitHub. Last but not least, I would love to hear from YOU, please feel free to leave me a message in the comments.
